Purpose: Σκοπός της συνιστώμενης με το παρόν Ιδιωτικής Κεφαλαιουχικής Εταιρείας είναι: α) Η εμπορία, εισαγωγή και αντιπροσώπευση κάθε είδους οχήματος, μηχανήματος, μοτοποδηλάτου, μοτοσικλέτας, γεωργικού ελκυστήρα και σκάφους αναψυχής, καινούργιου ή μεταχειρισμένου. β) Η εμπορία, ανταλλακτικών, λιπαντικών, ελαστικών και γενικά κάθε εξαρτήματος δυναμένου να χρησιμοποιηθεί στα άνω υπό της εταιρείας εμπορευόμενα είδη. γ) Η παροχή υπηρεσιών επισκευής, συντήρησης, μετατροπών και συναρμολόγησης οχημάτων, μηχανημάτων και γενικά όλων των ανωτέρω αναφερομένων ειδών της εμπορίας της εταιρείας καθώς και η επισκευή ελαστικών με την ίδρυση και λειτουργία τμήματος ή καταστήματος βουλκανιζατέρ. δ) Η εφαρμογή νέων τεχνολογιών στον τομέα της λειτουργίας των πάσης φύσεως οχημάτων, μηχανημάτων και γενικά μηχανοκινήτων με τη χρήση ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, φυσικού αερίου και υγρών καυσίμων. ε) Η ίδρυση και λειτουργία σταθμών ανεφοδιασμού οχημάτων με φυσικό αέριο, ηλεκτρική ενέργεια και υγρά καύσιμα. στ) Η αντιπροσώπευση και συνεργασία με ασφαλιστικές εταιρείας καθώς και με πάσης φύσεως εταιρείες δραστηριοποιούμενες στο τομέα της παροχής χρηματοοικονομικών υπηρεσιών προς το σκοπό της παροχής αντιστοίχων υπηρεσιών ασφαλιστικού και χρηματοοικονομικού συμβούλου καθώς και υπόδειξης και διαμεσολάβησης για την επεξεργασία, προώθηση και διάθεση πάσης φύσεως χρηματοοικονομικών προϊόντων στο καταναλωτικό κοινό. ζ) Η αντιπροσώπευση και συνεργασία με συναφείς επιχειρήσεις του εσωτερικού και του εξωτερικού. η) Για την υλοποίηση του σκοπού της η εταιρεία δύναται να ιδρύει και να λειτουργεί κατάστημα ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου (e-shop) των ειδών της με όνομα χώρου (domainname) ……………….., να συστήνει ή να συμμετέχει σε προϋπάρχουσες και νεοϊδρυόμενες κεφαλαιουχικές ή προσωπικές εταιρείες, ημεδαπές ή αλλοδαπές που επιδιώκουν τους αυτούς ή παρεμφερείς σκοπούς. θ) Υπηρεσίες τοπικής συγκέντρωσης και διανομής εμπορευμάτων. Η ανωτέρω απαρίθμηση των σκοπών της εταιρείας είναι ενδεικτική και όχι περιοριστική.
